Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My Travel World, we strive to offer the best travel experiences and transparent service terms. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and clearly communicated.

Cancellation by Customer
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@mytravelworld.net.
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the type of service booked (flight, hotel, tour package, etc.).
  • Some services are non-refundable once booked (e.g., certain low-cost airlines, special hotel deals). This will be clearly mentioned during booking.
  • If eligible, partial or full refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees, service charges, and payment gateway fees.
Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed either as credit notes or direct refunds, depending on the type of service and the policies of our vendors and partners

  • For services such as flight bookings, train tickets, and other travel services where the airline or provider issues a credit note, we will forward the same to you. These credit notes are subject to the terms and validity specified by the respective service provider.
  • For My Travel World’s own packages or services, eligible refunds may be provided either as a credit note valid for 12 months or as a refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of cancellation and payment terms.
  • The final mode and amount of refund will be clearly communicated at the time of processing.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

No-Show or Late Arrival
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed departures due to customer delays.
  • We advise all customers to report at designated points well in advance.
Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where a service (tour/package/hotel) is cancelled by My Travel World due to operational or external issues (weather, natural calamities, etc.), a full or partial refund will be issued based on the situation and availability of alternatives.

Modifications to Bookings
  • Date changes and modifications may incur charges and are subject to availability.
  • All such changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the travel/service date.
